In addition to her real estate and marketing experience, Tk holds a Masters in Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University, has completed the Penn Community Scholars program through the University of Pennsylvania, was formerly a proud community organizer serving Camden, NJ community, and speaks both Cantonese (Chinese) and Spanish. In her spare time, Tk can be found spending time with her husband Lance, their 3 sons, and their 2 cats Moo & Boo, along with practicing yoga, perfecting a design project, and waiting for the next opportunity to go salsa dancing.
Lance and Tk passionately serve the homeless and housing-insecure population in the Greater Philadelphia area. They strive to offer assistance and sustainable services to break the cycles of addiction and isolation. Over the next 10 years, Lance and Tk plan to grow our homeless outreach services from providing meals to also providing housing and addiction recovery support. Their careers in real estate help them to accomplish this important calling on their lives.
